Jerimy Kirschner

Experienced Bellevue Attorney

Jerimy Kirschner earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law in 2010. He founded the firm in 2015 where he focuses on estate planning and litigation. Jerimy has experience in complex legal matters and representation in various legal settings, from planning to trials and appeals. Jerimy is admitted to practice in Washington, Nevada, the United States District Courts for Washington, Nevada and Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Jerimy is involved with Litigation Section and the Real Property and Probate Trust Section for both the Washington State Bar and State Bar of Nevada, as well as the Pro Bono Panel for the US District Court of the Western District of Washington.  Mr. Kirschner is a member of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and the East King County Estate Planning Council.

Jerimy has served on several non-profit boards including the Bellevue Rotary Club and Building Beyond the Walls, and is also a former Ethics Commissioner for Pierce County. His is also a member of the Overlake Hosptial Planned Giving Advisory Council.  

When he is not at work, Jerimy enjoys spending as much time as he can with his wife of over twenty years and their three daughters enjoying the outdoors and playing board games.
