Ms. Vaddiraju holds an LLM in Taxation, with distinction, and a Juris Doctor from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she also earned a Certificate in Business Law. During law school, she was awarded several merit-based scholarships, made Dean’s List, and contributed extensively to legal research for faculty across areas like tax law, international law, and American legal history. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics and Philosophy from the College of Wooster, graduating cum laude with a senior thesis on the economic and ethical dimensions of universal healthcare and the Affordable Care Act. She is multilingual, speaking four languages including Hindi, Marathi and Telugu (her native tongue) and has a strong interest in community service, especially through her volunteer work with the University of Washington Federal Tax Clinic.
Prior to joining the firm, she has experience as a corporate attorney in diverse areas of business law practice, including general corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and private securities funding. She also has experience is in core and advanced estate planning for families and business owners including drafting trust and estate planning instruments, creating and funding trusts and advising fiduciaries of trusts and estates in settlement and administration. She holds licenses to practice law in Washington, Pennsylvania, and Colorado.
When not at work, Mona loves to paint in watercolors, read in a myriad of genres, and explore the outdoors while hiking and trekking.
