Jerimy Kirschner founded the firm in 2015, dedicating his practice to complex estate planning, asset protection, estate tax planning, and litigation. Jerimy’s depth of experience spans intricate legal matters and representation in diverse legal settings, from strategic planning for families and business owners to trials and appeals. Jerimy Kirschner earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Nevada–Las Vegas William S. Boyd School of Law, and further advanced his expertise with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from the University of Washington School of Law. He is admitted to practice in both Washington and Nevada.
Jerimy maintains active involvement with the Taxation Section and the Real Property and Probate Trust Section for both the Washington State Bar and State Bar of Nevada. He is also a member of the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils and the East King County Estate Planning Council.
A committed community member, Jerimy has served on several non-profit boards, including the Bellevue Rotary Club and Building Beyond the Walls, and has acted as an Ethics Commissioner for Pierce County. He is also a member of the Overlake Hospital Planned Giving Advisory Council.
Outside of his professional commitments, Jerimy cherishes time with his wife of over twenty years and their three daughters, finding joy in outdoor adventures and spirited board games.
